function: The boat rotates in a space surrounded by 24 plaster cast human skulls. On board of the boat is a small LCD screen with a recording of the sun, which is being filmed by an onboard camera. What the camera sees is transmitted to a projection screen in the adjacent room.

function: 70 plaster cast human brains are suspended from the ceiling in a diamond formation. The recorded image from the camera on board the rotating boat is projected in this space, skimming the top cortex of the brains.
